Booking your accommodation is a seamless process. Simply register for the event and you will be guided through to an accommodation page, select the hotel you would like to book, select your preferred room type, and enter your credit card details.
The credit card will only be deducted 30 days prior to the conference in order to secure your reservation.

TRYP – A service fee of 1.5% will be charged for Mastercard or visa and 3% for AMEX, EFTPOS payments do not have a fee. Oaks Wellington – A service fee of 1.5% will be charged for all payments made using a credit or debit card. Bay Plaza – A service fee of 2% will be charged for all payments made using a credit or debit card. The hotel will take full accommodation payment via credit card with the credit card provided.
