Payment and Policies
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must accompany your registration. Meeting registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please also note that accommodation cannot be confirmed until credit card details are received by the Meeting Secretariat.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
MasterCard, Visa and AMEX credit cards are accepted.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payments are accepted; EFT payments will not be available after 12 September 2019.
Please note that payment by cheque is not available.
Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the Meeting Secretariat via email@example.com. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:
- On or before 15 July 2019: 100% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
- On or before 13 August 2019: 75% refund less an administrationfee of $110 including GST
- On or before 16 September 2019: 50% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
• After 16 September 2019: No refund available
The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund will be made after 16 September 2019. However, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the
booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Please note no refund or discount will be made if a function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
Optional functions or events may be cancelled before or on 03 October 2019 and will be refunded in full via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. After 03
October 2019, no refunds will be made however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly
In case of industrial disruption, the Organising Committee, RANZCOG and the Meeting Secretariat accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
Information provided on the registration form will be used to administer the Meeting including accommodation, catering, transport, sponsorship and exhibition. Data obtained will remain the property of RANZCOG and The Production House Events (TPHE).
